- Use of any marketing material created by ImMediate Marketing, without obtaining express permission to do so, is forbidden.
- All clients of ImMediate Marketing will be presented with a PDF version of the project on its completion. ImMediate Marketing will retain the open file and only ImMediate Marketing will have the authority to make changes to the file.
- All fees and payments are due as discussed and agreed upon by ImMediate Marketing and the client.
- Early termination of a project on the part of a client will still necessitate payment in full.
- Extensive corrections and changes on client projects may necessitate a re-evaluation of fees due. Only a standard amount of corrections will be accepted and tolerated.
- Failure to make payments may result in termination of services.
- Once a project has gone to production or publication, no changes can be made to this project. Payment is due in full. The client has the option of ordering additional services if required, however separate payment will be charged for the new project.
- Once a project has been approved by the client, ImMediate Marketing is no longer responsible for mistakes found by the client subsequent to approval. It is the job of the client to make sure that all facts are correct before submitting approval of the project.
- ImMediate Marketing has established a standard turn around time for projects. If a client requires a project to be completed earlier than this time period, a rush fee may be added at ImMediate Marketing’s discretion.
